Where are you based?

We’re based in Aotearoa New Zealand – at our house in Paraparaumu, on the Kāpiti Coast 🌞🌊

Is all your stock in New Zealand?

Yes! Everything that’s available on this website is already here with us in Paraparaumu. This means you’ll receive your order nice and quick.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders will usually arrive in 1-2 working days, but it can take an additional day or two for South Island and rural deliveries.

How do I track my order?

We’ll send you an email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. You’ll then be able to follow your parcel’s journey using the NZ Post tracker tool.

What packaging do you use for postage?

All our postage packaging, including tapes, address labels, envelopes, boxes and packaging materials are made from paper rather than plastic and are fully recyclable with your kerbside recycling.

Do you provide quotes for Ministry of Health funded equipment?

Yes! The Ministry of Health sometimes funds equipment for disabled folks. Get in touch and we can provide a quote to assist with your funding application.

Do you offer a price match?

No, we don’t offer a price match as we want to encourage other stores to stock products for neurodivergent folks, rather than compete with them.

The whole reason we started this store was because neurodivergent adults are so under-catered for. We’re keen to see quality products that cater to our needs far more widely available. So please go ahead and buy from wherever you can find the best deal 💖🧠

Can you source a product I need?

Yes! You’re welcome to reach out if there’s something that would make your life easier. We’re regularly looking for and adding new products to the store and often bring in products on request, so we warmly welcome your suggestions.

How do I use Afterpay on my order?

Once you've entered your contact information, shipping address and shipping method, Afterpay will be available as a payment option on the Payment screen.

To use Afterpay, select the Afterpay checkbox and follow the prompts. 

Are all your products eligible for Afterpay?

Yes! You can use Afterpay on any of our products.

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to use Afterpay on my order?

No, there's no minimum spend required to use Afterpay.
